Heaven 1 and Heaven 2 - Hapjeong Station (합정역, lines 2 and 6)

Our band, Kohji Isle, usually practiced at Hwa Hyun (which most people just call "Kim's") near Hongdae Station, and another band that practices there told us about Heaven (rooms A and B) and Heaven 2 (rooms C and D), which are located just down the street from each other near Hapjeong Station (합정역, lines 2 and 6), exit 7. All rooms cost 12,000 won/hr.

Freebird Practice Space - Hongik Univ. Station (홍대역, line 2)

On the 5th floor of the building where Club Freebird is in Hongdae, the club also has a practice space. It's clean, has good gear, and is relatively cheap. They also have an espresso machine and a sweet wrap-around balcony where smoking is allowed. There are 4 rooms to choose from: rooms A and B are 15,000 won/hr, and rooms C and D are 12,000 won/hr. Also, you can use just the drum or vocal booth for 10,000 won/hr. If you happen to be a band that performs at Club Freebird, tell them, and you can get more of a discount.

Room A can fit 10-15 people and has:

Room C can fit 5-6 people and has:
- guitar amp: 2 Blackstar Stage 60
- bass amp: Peavey 115
- drums: Premier Cabria set
- keyboard: Yamaha Motif 7
- PA system: Behringer 2000 powered mixer, Behringer speaker, Shure SM58

Room D can fit 4-5 people and has:
- guitar amp: 2 Blackstar Club 40
- bass amp: Ashdown 210T
- drums: Pearl EXR set
- keyboard: Korg Triton LE
- PA system: Behringer PMP808 powered mixer, Behringer speaker, Shure SM58

J Music Yamaha Piano Practice Rooms - Jamsil Station (잠실역, lines 2 and 8)

J Music consists of practice rooms equipped with Yamaha grand and upright pianos. It's located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Yamaha piano dealer in Jamsil out of Jamsil Station (잠실역, lines 2 and 8) exit 3. It's 10,000 won/hr to rent a grand piano and 7,000 won/hr to rent an upright.

Piano practice rooms near Konkuk Univ.

I can't seem to find the name of these practice rooms, but they're private practice rooms with upright pianos in them located near Konkuk Univ. Station (건대역, lines 2 and 7). They're available 24 hours a day and have CCTV. The porch and the door of each studio is equipped with a digital door lock (a key is required). The facility is also equipped with wireless internet. If you're interested in monthly payment, it's 240,000 won, but hourly and daily rates can always be worked out.

Cheong Eum Music Academy (청음실용음악학원) - Madeul Station (마들역, line 7)

Cheong Eum Music Academy (청음실용음악학원) is located out of Madeul Station (마들역, line 7), exit 3. You can call them for appointments/consultation on weekdays 11 am-9 pm and Saturdays 11 am-7 pm. Practice times are weekdays 11 am-11 pm and Saturdays 11 am-7 pm. In addition to having practice facilities, they give lessons for electric guitar, bass, classical guitar, acoustic guitar, sax, vocals, drums, jazz piano, harmonics and composition, and ensemble. They also have at least 4 practice rooms with upright pianos in them.

Sound Lab Studio (사운드랩) is a recording and rehearsal space located near Jeongja Station (정자역, Bundang line). They're open noon-4 am, and you can choose from rooms A, B, or C, which range from 12,000-18,000 won/hr.

Peabody Music - Sunae Station (수내역, Bundang line)

Peabody Music (피바디음악학원) is a practice space and music academy located out of Sunae Station (수내역, Bundang line), in the direction of Park Town (파크타운).

They have a variety of rehearsal rooms specifically for upright piano, guitar, keyboard (Kurzweil SP2X), drums and for band practice.
